Quand quelqu’un me dit :
“J’aimerais bien lancer quelque chose… mais je n’ai pas le temps.”
Je sais que ce n’est presque jamais vrai.
Chaque semaine, tu as 168 heures.
Si tu dors 8 heures par nuit → il t’en reste 112. Si tu travailles 40 heures → il t’en reste 72.
72 heures
Évidemment, tu as une vie : famille, amis, sport, Netflix, réseaux sociaux…
Mais même en retirant tout ça, la plupart des gens peuvent trouver 5 à 10 heures par semaine s’ils le décident vraiment.
Et la vérité, c’est que ça suffit largement pour lancer un premier projet aujourd’hui.
Pourquoi ?
Parce que l’IA a changé la règle du jeu.
Il y a encore 5 ans, lancer un business voulait dire :
Aujourd’hui, une seule personne peut :

créer un site en quelques heures
-
automatiser des tâches complexes pour des entreprises

lancer une chaîne YouTube ou un produit digital 100% IA
-
configurer des assistants IA pour des PME
Et tout ça en parallèle d’un job.
D’ailleurs, la majorité des personnes que je vois réussir commencent exactement comme ça.
Le soir. Le week-end. Quelques heures par semaine.
Et petit à petit, ça devient un revenu complémentaire.
Puis parfois… un vrai business à plein temps.

Certaines peuvent se lancer en quelques jours. Et certaines peuvent rapporter plusieurs milliers d’euros.
